Weird Phones

The Freaky loves these photos of people’s heads merging into their phones.

Created by French photographer Antoine Geiger, as part of his Sur Project, the photos apparently examine our relationship with technology “placing the screen as an object of ‘mass subculture,’ alienating the relation to our own body, and more generally to the physical world.”

He says something about digital tools becoming a barrier during our physical/social interactions and his photos are exploring our “over-exposure” to our digital devices and what implications that has on our identity, security, and more.

Not sure we totally know what he’s talking about ….we like them because they are weird and freaky.
